AI-Native Web Developer (Claude Code + Figma) - Design Taste Required

We're a marketing agency building a lot of websites fast, AI-native, and designed to convert. We're looking for a developer who's more designer-builder than engineer. What this role is: You'll take a designed homepage (Figma) and turn it into a full production site, then extend it. One page becomes 20, 40, 60 pages. You'll need to internalize the design system and freestyle new pages that look like they came from the same designer. That's the core skill: rapid expansion without losing the thread. You'll be building inside Claude Code (or Codex) daily. This isn't "I've tried AI tools" — this is your primary workflow. You know how to manage a codebase, structure projects so AI works well inside them, and ship sites that are SEO-sound and built for conversion. What this role is not: Back-end work, API integrations, or infrastructure. If your portfolio is dashboards and endpoints, this isn't the fit. This is front-end, websites, and design execution. Who we're looking for: Strong design fundamentals — you have taste, and your work proves it Very comfortable in Figma Webflow background is a big plus (it's the best signal we know of for "designer who's also technical") Fluent with Claude Code or similar AI dev tools — you build with AI, not around it Has shipped multiple sites that don't look AI-generated Understands SEO and conversion-focused structure, not just visuals Can manage a codebase properly — clean structure, sane conventions, no chaos How to apply: Submit a short Loom walking through your work or introducing yourself. Not required, but Loom submissions go straight to the top of the pile. Show us 2–3 sites you've built and tell us what you did on each. We have a large pipeline of websites and this is a significant ongoing role.
