We're looking for an AI native web development partner to build and maintain our own web presence — our marketing site, funnels, landing pages, and related web properties. What We're Looking For An established, AI-native web development agency to build and maintain our website on a CMS we can edit in-house afterward. By "AI-native," we mean an agency that has genuinely integrated AI across design, build, content, and QA — using it to move faster and deliver better, not as a buzzword. You handle the build, structure, and heavier work; we own day-to-day content edits. This starts with a defined build and continues into ongoing iteration. Core Responsibilities - Build a fast, responsive, polished marketing site on a CMS - Use AI-native workflows across design, build, and content to deliver quickly without sacrificing quality - Structure the CMS cleanly so our non-technical team can edit content and create pages independently - Create reusable components/templates and a simple style system we can work within - Implement design handoffs (Figma) into clean, production-grade builds - Build in AI-powered site features where they add value (e.g., AI chat, intelligent search, personalization, lead qualification) - Handle SEO fundamentals, page speed, and technical hygiene - Provide accurate hour estimates against defined scopes before work begins - Deliver clear documentation/handoff, so our team can manage the site confidently Required Skills & Experience -Proven experience with AI vibe coding and web development -Demonstrated use of AI-native tools in your actual workflow — design (e.g., v0, Relume, Figma AI), build (e.g., Cursor, Webflow AI, Framer AI), and content (AI-assisted copy/SEO) -Proven agency track record with a portfolio of CMS-based marketing sites -Deep WordPress expertise with a clean, editable page-builder setup -SEO and performance optimization fundamentals -Excellent written English and responsive communication -Design capability in-house (or a strong design partner) -Experience building for a B2B company -Familiarity with AI-powered features and integrations -Availability across overlapping EST working hours for real-time collaboration How to Apply Please include: VERY IMPORTANT - Links to 3–5 sites you've built -A specific example of a site you handed off to a non-technical team to manage themselves - A description of your AI-native workflow — which AI tools you use across design, build, content, and QA, and how they change your speed and output - An example of an AI feature you've built into a website - Your team structure and size - Typical turnaround and availability - A short note on how you approach scoping and estimating a build Applications without a portfolio/any item requested above or that appear to be generic copy-paste responses will not be considered.
