Natural cosmetic formulator needed - Vitamin C facial serum

We are looking for an experienced cosmetic formulator to assist with the development of a natural antioxidant facial serum. The project involves creating a stable formulation containing Vitamin C (15%-20%) using ingredients that align with a natural skincare philosophy. As most of you probably know, pure Vitamin C is quite difficult to add to a product due to stability issues, so we are looking for someone who has at least some experience with this active.  We are particularly interested in formulations that prioritize: * Naturally derived ingredients * Antioxidant activity * Skin compatibility * Stability and shelf life!!  * Elegant texture and consumer experience (we were thinking about an emulsion, but maybe a gel formulation is also appropriate) Preferred qualifications: * Background in cosmetic formulation, cosmetic chemistry, pharmacy, chemistry or related fields * Experience developing skincare products * Knowledge of Vitamin C derivatives, antioxidants and natural cosmetic ingredients * Understanding of formulation stability and preservation systems * Experience with natural or clean beauty brands is a plus Project scope: * Review of formulation objectives * Ingredient recommendations * Draft formulation proposal * Discussion of stability considerations and manufacturing feasibility To apply, please include: * Your background and experience * Examples of cosmetic products you have formulated * Relevant portfolio or project samples * Your hourly rate (and how much does it take you to formulate one product) or project fee We are looking for someone with both technical expertise and a practical understanding of cosmetic product development :) Looking forward to hearing from you!
