Need a CA or NY Attorney for Preservation Letter, Demand, and Settlement Negotiations

I need a CA or NY attorney to draw up a preservation of evidence letter. I'm pursuing legal action against a company that has wrongfully terminated my commercial agreement, and need an attorney to put together a preservation letter, handle the followup communications, work with me to create a demand, and eventually work to settlement negotiations. I’ve already sent them a generic preservation letter (see attached), but want something with more teeth and with someone who can take over. In your proposal please provide a milestone for an initial 1 hour phone call (so that we can discuss the case), 2nd milestone for the flat fee for the letter, and in the body your letter of engagement and hourly rate.
