Need UK Basement Drainage & Part H Compliance Engineer

I am looking for an experienced UK Civil/Public Health Drainage Engineer who has previously completed residential basement drainage projects that comply with Approved Document Part H. Important: Please only apply if you can share examples of basement drainage/compliance projects you have personally completed (DWG, PDF, redacted samples, calculations, or Building Control submission drawings). I will award the project based on relevant experience and previous work. Scope of Work You will be responsible for delivering: Site & Design Review Drainage Strategy Design (Part H Compliance) Basement Protection System Surface Water Drainage (SuDS Integration) External Drainage Layout Hydraulic Calculations & Technical Report Detailed Drawings & Documentation Building Control Submission Package Respond to Building Control comments/revisions if required Final DWG and PDF drawings ready for submission Deliverables Part H compliant drainage strategy Hydraulic calculations Basement waterproofing/drainage design SuDS design (where applicable) External drainage drawings Building Control submission package Final editable DWG and PDF files Requirements Proven experience with UK Approved Document Part H Experience designing residential basement drainage systems Strong knowledge of SuDS and Building Regulations Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, or equivalent software Ability to prepare Building Control documentation Proposal Requirements Please include: Examples of previous basement drainage/compliance projects Similar residential projects completed Software used Estimated timeline Fixed price quotation We'll review progress at the concept stage, 90% draft, and final issue to ensure the drainage design integrates correctly with the architect's model and structural engineer's openings.
