Need Beta reader for an easy read through 88k memoir-based fiction manuscript

We are hiring a beta reader before manuscript is released for formatting. We are just looking for fresh eyes to comment on whatever they catch, or what catches them. We would like a good reader-subject match and have attached the Preface so you can determine if the subject interests you.
