Need Bookkeeper for Light Accounting Work

We’re looking for a reliable bookkeeper to help with light, ongoing accounting tasks for a growing business. This is a simple, consistent role—not overly complex—but we need someone detail-oriented and dependable. What You’ll Be Doing: Categorizing transactions Reconciling bank and credit card accounts Managing basic monthly financials Cleaning up and organizing existing records (if needed) Assisting with simple reporting Communicating any discrepancies or issues clearly Tools We Use (or Similar): QuickBooks (preferred) Google Sheets / Excel What We’re Looking For: Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong attention to detail (this matters a lot) Ability to work independently and stay organized Good communication and responsiveness Experience with small business finances is a plus Hours & Pay: Part-time (a few hours per week to start) Ongoing work if it’s a good fit Pay based on experience To Apply: Send a quick message with: Your experience with bookkeeping What software you’ve used Examples of similar work (if available)
