We are launching a free, nonpartisan civic tech mobile app. We have complete, thorough draft documents already written and need a qualified individual to review, correct, and finalize them, not draft from scratch. The app has two unique characteristics that need specific legal attention: 1. It stores candidate identity-veridication documents (government IDs) - so retention storage, and deletion language needs to be accurate. 2. It published factual data about real candidates (voting records. campaign funding, legal history) sourced from public APIs, so the accuracy disclaimers and liability sections are important here.
