Need a Customer Success Specialist

MUST BE: Native or fluent English speaker Friendly and outgoing personality Prefer some dental experience We are looking for a reliable, friendly Customer Success Specialist to onboard new customers and keep them actively using our software. What You'll Do Onboard new customers Walk new clients through a simple software integration over a 30 min call using a step-by-step guide we provide Run a 30–40 min adoption call to get their team logged in, the mobile app downloaded, and one person owning the platform day-to-day Keep existing customers active Monitor which practices aren't using the platform or haven't responded to conversations recently Send a quick follow-up text, email, or call to re-engage them before habits slip Run 14-day check-in calls after onboarding to confirm the platform is being used All calls follow a templated SOP. You will never walk into a call without knowing exactly what to do. What We're Looking For Warm, clear communicator on calls and in writing Organized and reliable — you follow checklists and don't skip steps Comfortable with basic software tools Available Mon–Fri during US business hours No technical background needed. If something breaks on a call, you escalate to our team — you're not expected to troubleshoot.
