Need an Experienced Revit Modeler for CAD to Revit Conversion

We are seeking a skilled Autodesk Revit Modeler to convert existing 2D CAD (DWG) drawings into a clean, accurate, and fully editable Revit (.RVT) model. The ideal candidate has strong experience with architectural modeling in Revit and can accurately recreate the provided CAD drawings while maintaining all dimensions, layouts, and design details. Scope of Work Convert 2D CAD (DWG) drawings into a fully editable Revit model. Model architectural elements including walls, doors, windows, floors, roofs, ceilings, stairs, and other building components as shown in the drawings. Ensure all dimensions and layouts match the original CAD files. Create an organized and well-structured Revit model using appropriate families and levels. Resolve minor drafting inconsistencies where necessary while preserving the original design intent. Requirements Proven experience with Autodesk Revit. Strong understanding of architectural drafting and building documentation. Experience converting CAD drawings into Revit models. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively throughout the project. Portfolio or examples of similar Revit conversion projects. Deliverables Fully editable Revit (.RVT) project file. Any custom Revit families created for the project (if applicable). A model that accurately reflects the provided CAD drawings and is ready for further design or documentation.
