Need An Expert At Building Sales Systems / Pipelines

We sell custom seat covers at around $400+ and a big portion of our sales comes from Sales Calls. Right now we use GHL as our CRM and it has been working decently, but it is a mess. It's likely because I set it all up myself so I don't know how to properly set up a solid sales system. I am more of a marketer and closer, that's where my skills lie. But I also do not know if GHL is the best platform for us, I have also looked at Close CRM. Even started building a new sales system in there. I have decided to leave this to an expert. So here we are. I need an expert in building sales systems that work and that scale. Solving our main problems: #1: Messy structure has lead to leads slipping through the cracks, getting automated messages when they shouldn't be, it's just all over. #2: No real proper nurturing. We have over 17k leads in the system that have gone cold that could still purchase. #3: No sales rep accountability systems. No tasks. No real structure. They call leads late, they miss calls, they fill things out wrong, or forget to fill things out entirely. Miss booked appointments. This leads me to have to baby them every day. Reps call eachothers leads on accident. #4: Analytics is all over. Likely due to there being no structure. But it's hard to know what's working, who's not completing tasks, are we having a lead problem? Or did the sales reps just not do good today? I need better analytics so I know exactly what is happening. #5: Our current system doesn't scale because it was built for one sales rep. But now that I am looking to add more sales reps I have to basically duplicate everything and rebuild the system for a new sales rep which is a huge headache. Need a system that doesn't really need to be touched much whether we have 1 sales rep or 5. I really like alot of aspect of Close CRM, it's built more for sales and does sales right. But the limitations make me weary. We use a ton of workflows in GHL that Close does not have, we'd have to use Zapier or Make along side it which isn't too big of a deal but seems like it would add alot more costs. Not only that but, we use GHL for BOTH sales and support. So we have the sales side and once they convert. They get pushed towards a sales agent to provide support in the same location. Email updates, sms updates, post purchase support, all go through GHL. Which I am not sure if Close can handle. If we use Close it seems like we'd need to use a separate tool for support. Which maybe would be better to separate the two. Like Gorgias or Zendesk. But here is something important. We do phone call support and most of our support is 1 on 1 apart from automated updates. Most support tools do not have good native calling capabilities. That's why I use GHL. Maybe an expert can let me know if Close can do it. All I know is this is currently a huge bottleneck right now. With this fixed and a solid sales system we'd be able to scale alot more with structure and strategy. Instead of a jumbled up mess.
