Need an Expert Level Video Editor for Direct Response Travel Affiliate Campaigns

Summary

We’re looking for a strong direct response video editor to create high-converting Facebook ads for a travel affiliate program. We will provide the scripts, ad concepts, frameworks, and examples of ads we like. Your job is to turn those into polished, fast-paced video ads that are built to convert. You should be very comfortable with: * Editing Facebook/Meta ads for performance * Direct response pacing, hooks, pattern interrupts, and retention * AI avatar tools that look very realistic and natural, engaging and expressive with good pacing for high dopamine ad appeal to an older audience ;) * AI video/image tools, stock footage, captions, sound design, and visual proof elements * Taking a script and making it visually compelling without needing constant hand-holding * Creating ads with the goal of hitting or beating target CPA, not just “looking nice” This is for a travel affiliate offer, so the videos need to feel native, trustworthy, and engaging — not overly corporate or generic. We’re aiming for around 15–30 videos per month, possibly more, but quality is more important than volume. We want someone who thinks like a performance marketer and understands that the best creative is the one that converts. Please apply with: 1.
