Need Full Stack Developer Who Can Teach, Debug, and Co-Code Web+Mobile Apps (YouTube API as test)

I’m looking for a strong full stack engineer to co-code with me and help me get through the technical last 10% of launching web and mobile apps. I’ve built several functional apps myself and I’m proficient with tools like Google AI Studio, V0, Codex, and I’m also experimenting with Antigravity. I move fast, I build a lot, and I’m looking for someone technical who can both help me solve bugs and work alongside me to finish and ship products faster. This first project will be a test project to see how well we work together. If it goes well, I have a lot more work behind it and would like to build a long-term relationship with someone who can eventually take on more ownership. About the test project I’m building an accelerated learning app and need help implementing a YouTube transcript feature similar to the app screen shots atttached, where the text and video are tightly synced. The experience I want is: Import a YouTube video and transcript Sync transcript text to the video in real time Let users highlight transcript sections Save exact start and end timestamps for highlighted sections Allow playback of highlights only, automatically skipping non-highlighted sections Save highlights into custom folders Play all highlights inside a folder as a continuous reel, even across multiple videos Core workflow Using the YouTube Data API and IFrame Player API, the app should pull in a video and its transcript. Users should be able to click transcript text and jump to that exact point in the video. As the video plays, the corresponding transcript text should highlight live. Users should be able to save highlight segments and then play only those saved segments, skipping the rest of the video. Users should also be able to organize highlights into folders such as Startup Advice, Neuroscience, etc., and play all saved clips in a folder in sequence.
