Responsibilities include: • Klaviyo Account Audit & Recommendations • Flow Optimization (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back) • Email & SMS Automation Setup • Customer Segmentation and Lifecycle Marketing • Campaign Management and A/B Testing • Reporting and Performance Optimization The ideal candidate should have experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Retention Marketing, Marketing Automation, Customer Journey Optimization, and Ecommerce Growth.
