Need a Lawyer for Trademark Register

We are looking for an experienced trademark lawyer or trademark agent to help register our beauty brand in CHINA. Scope of Work * Conduct a trademark availability search for our brand name. * Advise on the appropriate trademark classes and specifications (primarily cosmetics and beauty products). * Prepare and file the trademark application with CNIPA. * Monitor the application and provide status updates. * Respond to any office actions or examiner inquiries if needed. * Advise on the best strategy to protect our brand in China, including word mark, logo, and any additional recommendations. Requirements * Licensed Chinese trademark attorney or registered trademark agent. * Proven experience filing trademarks with CNIPA. * Strong knowledge of China’s trademark laws and first-to-file system. * Experience working with foreign-owned brands or international businesses is preferred. * Fluent in English for communication. * Ability to provide a clear timeline and transparent pricing.
