Summary

I need a basic sale of business contract. Both parties have already talked and agreed on everything just need it in writing. I can easily provide a list of everything included or you can just do a general form that everything is included as-is (minus a couple things I’ll be taking with me. Business entity and physical items included. Both parties very easy and just want something in writing. Would like it done as soon as possible but willing to hear times.
