Need Senior embedded system engineer

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems / IoT Engineer to support development of a next generation smart bromine generator platform for spa and hot tub applications. This is a new product development effort, not a modification of an existing controller. The goal is to build a reliable, practical, certifiable, and expandable embedded platform with improved monitoring, diagnostics, safety logic, and remote visibility. Project scope includes: - New custom control board - New embedded firmware and control logic - Reliable bromine generation control - ORP monitoring for supervisory/safety behavior - pH monitoring for visibility and alerts - Wi Fi connectivity for remote monitoring - Improved diagnostics and fault reporting - Vacation / low use mode - RS-485 / Modbus RTU support for digital sensor options - Local first operation that does not depend on cloud connectivity - Architecture designed for future expansion Key requirements: - Strong experience with embedded C/C++ firmware - MCU based control systems - Custom PCB design and hardware bringup - Sensor integration - RS-485 / Modbus RTU - Wi Fi / IoT connectivity - Diagnostics and fault handling - EMI/noise aware design - Certification aware product development Ideal background: Experience developing real world embedded hardware and firmware products that move beyond prototype stage and are designed with reliability, manufacturability, and future expansion in mind.
