Summary

I am preparing a RICO lawsuit pro se in MA federal court currently against three defendants - one in MA, one in NY, and one abroad. Current counts include federal and state claims. I need somebody experienced in federal RICO lawsuits to help me clean up the filing to strengthen the likelihood of surviving the MTD as a pro se plaintiff. While you do not need to be in MA, you should be qualified to help me invoke the claims based on state law in addition to federal law. Please state in your bid how much you would charge to amend the RICO complaint and provide me with sources to cite in a memorandum in opposition to motions to dismiss.
