Need A UGC Faceless Creator For Health & Beauty Brand (Part Time & Flexible)

We are looking for a faceless UGC Creator passionate about beauty, self-care, and mental health. If you’re an introvert who loves content creation, storytelling, and social media culture — this job could be a great fit for you. You must have: *Experience in posting content for your own brand or for others *Experience with mobile video editing apps like CapCut or platform-native editors *Actively in tune with trending lingo, topics, and sounds across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts Content Output Expectations: You’ll help maintain a consistent flow of short-form content, with a target cadence of ~3 posts per week We provide you with our plug-and-play systems to make ideation and execution efficient. You can choose your own working hours and creative schedule. Some Essential Duties & Responsibilities include: *Creative writing and scripting video ideas by following our viral organic formulas *Planning and filming the short-form videos *Shooting in various locations or settings *Creating reply videos to respond to community questions *We have an IP brand character that has its own story arc & personality on our main channel. With the assistance of our animator & editor, you will be tasked with shooting short form faceless ugc footage for our brand character *Staying up to date with each platform’s community guidelines *Driving engagement, views, and sales *Collaborating with our creative team (animator, editor, and our front-facing creators) to create the most enjoyable content possible for our audience Requirements: *Fluent or Native in the English Language *Proven experience as a video creator *Competent in cinematography fundamentals, lighting, and all smartphone video features *Results driven, sense of urgency, and a high standard of professionalism *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Competent in the difference in social media cultures (i.e TikTok culture vs Instagram culture vs Youtube culture) Payment Terms: *This is an entry level position with great growth potential. Payment Structure Is As Follows: Base Retainer: $100 / month Bonuses: 25% Of Sales, Youtube AdSense, Brand Deals The base retainer can increase as the company grows & the longer we work together. Bonuses will all be issued via Upwork’s official bonus feature. Expectations: You can choose your own working hours and creative schedule.
