Need to alter a picture for a t-shirt design

I need a graphic designer for a small job. Trying to create a t shirt image that I can print for my wife. Background: I'd like to reuse the family portrait attached but swap the seaside backdrop for a Balinese scene — palm trees, and the kind of lush, tropical feel you'd associate with Bali where the house is. We are calling the house "Maison Leela" so text should be "Welcome to Maison Leela" Text: The house is in Nyuh Kuning, Ubud so maybe a reference to that at bottom would be great https://i-discoverasia.com/stories/nyuh-kuning-the-real-bali/ Use / format: This will be printed on t-shirts, so: Could you provide the final file with a transparent background (high-res PNG), so it prints cleanly on different shirt colours? A print-ready version sized for a chest print would be ideal. For the Balinese background whatever you think works best on fabric.
