Need an award winning design and architectural model by 6/22

Summary

Hire will be responsible for taking an existing sketchup model and producing a unique exterior design from it by 6/22/26. Design to be of high caliber, modern, and capable of winning design awards. Materials are to be brick, glass, and steel. The project is for an office co-working project. No interiors will be required at this time. No site development will be required at this time. No renderings will be required at this time. Notes from the client; -Add a clerestory for lots of natural light interior? -Open to some added height? -Get some higher windows? -All exposed ceiling, no dropped grid -Light / Volume / Elevations will make the project appealing for tenants -Flat roof
