Need designer help revamp current CRM Workflow (based on existing framework which is largely built) We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to help fine tune our CRM workflow for a deal intelligence platform used by investment teams to track live deals, manage investor relationships, and engage with a database of 100K+ contacts connected to our email system. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys complex product problems, large datasets, and workflow-heavy B2B software. You will work closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to simplify how users navigate contacts, monitor investor engagement, and move efficiently from data to action. Responsibilities • Fine tune core CRM workflows across contacts, deals, investor engagement, and email-linked activity. • Improve usability for a large-scale contact database with 100K+ records. • Design intuitive interfaces for filtering, segmentation, search, tagging, and relationship tracking. • Create UX solutions that help users quickly understand contact activity, deal status, and engagement history. • Simplify complex workflows without losing depth of functionality. • Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. • Work with engineers to ensure designs are practical, scalable, and consistent. • Collaborate with product stakeholders to define priorities and translate business needs into user-centered design. • Contribute to and evolve a design system for a B2B workflow product. • Use feedback, analytics, and user research to iterate on designs. Requirements • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in B2B SaaS, CRM, fintech, or data-heavy products. • Strong portfolio showing complex workflow design and clean information architecture. • Experience designing for large datasets, search/filter systems, dashboards, or operational tools. • Strong understanding of user flows, interaction design, and visual hierarchy. • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools. • Ability to think analytically and simplify complicated processes. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. • Comfortable designing for fast-moving product environments with evolving requirements. Nice to Have • Experience redesigning CRM, sales enablement, investor relations, or contact management tools. • Familiarity with email integrations, activity tracking, or engagement analytics. • Experience with financial services, private equity, venture capital, or deal platforms. • Understanding of design systems and component-based UI. • Experience working with product analytics or user research. What Success Looks Like • Users can manage large contact volumes with less friction and access old engagements efficiently. • Key CRM actions take fewer clicks and less cognitive effort. • Investor engagement is easier to see, understand, and act on. • The redesign improves adoption, productivity, and day-to-day workflow speed.
