I uploaded everything I have so far. The word document in the attachment is my overview of the assignment and what I am looking for. I created some sample layouts and pages for the guide in AI. I just need a skilled designer to create it for real and use actual photos and the actual copy and data I provide. I provide several examples for layouts I like which I created in AI. I plan to work closely as needed with the designer to answer questions, provide copy, and edit as we go. Thanks for your interest.
