Need help editing a short TikTok video (quick job, $10)

hey! i have a short clip i need edited for tiktok, nothing crazy. its for my small business page, just need it tightened up a bit and made more "scroll-stopping" if that makes sense lol. raw footage is about 90 sec, need it cut down to like 30-45 sec max. would like some captions added too (auto captions are fine as long as they're synced ok) and maybe trim the boring parts at the start. budget is small i know ($10) but its a quick turnaround job and if it goes well i have more videos coming up every week so could turn into ongoing work. deliverable: 1 finished short video, under 60 sec, ready to post on tiktok/reels. pls only apply if you can turn this around fast (like same day or next day), thanks!
