Need help with disabled Facebook account

My Facebook account was disabled with no context. The sequence of events: - I received an email from Instagram that there was unusual activity and I needed to verify my password, which I did. The exact email content is below: Hi (username), we've detected unusual activity on your Instagram account. To protect your information, we've temporarily locked your account. What you need to do: Click the button below to verify your identity and reset your password. Alternatively, open the Instagram app or go to instagram.com and follow the instructions to recover your account. - This was successful and I'm able to access my Instagram account - However, my Facebook account is now disabled (and I do not see any method to appeal).
