Need a serious expert Linux backend infrastructure developer

Need a serious Linux backend infrastructure developer who can accomplish the tasks below within a week, with a possibility of more work in the future. This is a rearrangement of the architect. I have a list of tasks, which means no surprises. Part A 1. PostgreSQL 14.9 on Linode Managed Database (MDB) update to 15 or 16. 2. Firewall implementation. (List in description) 3. Keepalive & Consul 4. Postfix alignment for iCloud Mail (iCloud is currently not receiving mail from Postfix) 5. B-Tree Part B Stack Update. 1. Place HAProxy in front of everything and handle SSL. Move_TLS_certificates_to_HAProxy. Possiable with (Active)/ HAProxy Master; (Passive/Backup)/ HAProxy Backup 2. Move NGINX to the back in front of (postfix + dovecot). 3. Create a Docker Container for the web app 4. Place Traefik in front of [ Apache ] (Docker Container w/web app Routing). 5. HAProxy + SPOE + SPOA implementation. 6. Configure what has to be configured. Part C. 1. psycopg2 → psycopg3 (I don't know if it's psycopg2 or psycopg3) 2. psycopg‑pool 3. Django 4.x → 5.x Requirement: -Must know infrastructure: server side/database/ PostgreSQL, Linux/Ubuntu. -Must know Python, Django, and Terraform. -Must know how to run and configure a mail server: Postfix & Dovecot, SSL Certbot, -Must be experience with Linux. -Must be experience with Linode. -Must be experience implementing firewalls. -For future & continuous work, must know YugabyteDB (YSQL), PgVectorScale, and TimeScaleDB. -Must be an independent freelancer (that means no teams).
