Need super star thumbnail designer

I have made 15 movies using hyper real AI on Indian history. These will be on Vimeo OTT and You tube. Hence I need super cool thumbnails that are aligned with dimension requirements of Vimeo OTT and You tube. I'll provide the link to the movies on Google drive (they are around 10 mins each. I'll also give you the title and subtitle. You will need to screen shot the portion that has the best visuals and make me a stunning thumbnail that will make anyone want to watch the movie. Now basic stuff on Canva and all I can do myself. That is not what I am looking for. You need to be a 5 star designer with next level skills to get what I need. $30 per thumbnail.
