We’re a high-performance 1:1 Personal Training Business based in Australia, and we’re on the hunt for an appointment-setting expert who can speak clearly, confidently, and book quality calls that turn into real results. If you're highly articulate, driven, and ready to be rewarded for performance — this is for you. Must Haves: Deep Mature Voice Experience in speaking with Australians or similar Extremely clear accent that will not have alarm bells raised Must be KING of communication - if you stop communicating or do not communicate on a regular basis (daily) this relationship will NOT work. 🔹 Position: Outbound Call Specialist (Remote) 🔹 Your Role: Make 100 outbound calls per day, Monday to Thursday Call warm and cold leads (provided) Follow proven scripts to book appointments Schedule calls using Calendly Keep track of basic call outcomes and booking stats 🔹 Performance Bonus (Paid Monthly): 💰 7–10 bookings/week = Tier 1 Bonus 💰 10–14 bookings/week = Tier 2 Bonus 💰 15+ bookings/week = Tier 3 Bonus The more you book, the more you earn! 🔹 IMPORTANT – Accent Requirement: We’re ONLY considering applicants with an exceptionally clear and neutral English accent. Trust in appointment setters is at an all-time low due to thick or difficult-to-understand accents.
