NetSuite CRM Email List Upload + 2 Email Workflow Set-Up

NetSuite Email Workflow & CRM Automation Specialist Project Overview We are seeking an experienced NetSuite and email automation specialist to help set up and optimize email workflows for one of our clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building automated email sequences, managing CRM data, and implementing tracking and segmentation strategies that support marketing and sales initiatives. Scope of Work The selected contractor will be responsible for: * Uploading and organizing existing email contact lists within NetSuite or the client's CRM platform * Creating and configuring two automated email nurture sequences * Building and testing automation workflows to ensure proper functionality * Setting up audience segmentation, tagging, and contact management systems * Implementing tracking for key performance metrics, including: * Open rates * Click-through rates * Conversions * Ensuring workflows are scalable, organized, and easy for the client to update in the future * Conducting quality assurance testing before launch * Providing brief documentation or a walkthrough of the completed setup Qualifications * Proven experience with NetSuite CRM and email marketing workflows * Experience with CRM automation platforms and marketing automation tools * Strong understanding of contact segmentation, tagging, and automation logic * Knowledge of email deliverability best practices * Experience setting up reporting and campaign performance tracking * Ability to troubleshoot and test automation workflows independently * Excellent communication and project management skills Preferred Experience * NetSuite SuiteFlow experience * Email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar * Experience migrating and importing contact databases * Understanding of B2B marketing automation strategies To Apply Please include: 1.
