NetSuite Consultant Needed for Government/Non-Profit Organization

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite consultant to help improve financial reporting, dashboards, purchasing controls, and user adoption. Project Scope Dashboard Development - Create dashboards for division managers that provide: Budget-to-date information Current expenditures by division Payroll expenditures by division Available budget balances Key financial metrics and reporting Budget Reporting Develop or enhance reports that include: Budget vs. Actual comparisons Encumbrances and committed spending Available budget balances Department/division-level reporting Accounts Payable & Purchase Orders Improve AP and purchasing workflows to provide: Visibility into total invoices paid against a Purchase Order Remaining available balance on partially used Purchase Orders Alerts when invoice amounts exceed the PO amount or available balance Training & Knowledge Transfer Provide training and documentation to help staff effectively use NetSuite dashboards, reports, and financial tools. Preferred Qualifications: Strong NetSuite consulting experience Experience with dashboards, saved searches, reporting, and workflow improvements Experience with Accounts Payable and Purchase Orders Experience working with government agencies or nonprofit organizations Ability to train end users and provide practical recommendations for improving efficiency Proposal Requirements: Relevant NetSuite experience Government or nonprofit experience Examples of similar projects We are looking for a consultant who can deliver practical solutions, improve organizational efficiency, and help our team become more self-sufficient in NetSuite - if this is you, please submit your proposal.
