NetSuite Integration Engineer—MS 365, Hubspot, Azure (Ongoing Support Role)

**OVERVIEW** We're looking for a developer to architect and build integrations across NetSuite, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365 platforms. This is a Fixed period project plus ongoing support role maintaining a unified business system where financial (NetSuite), sales (HubSpot), and document management (SharePoint) platforms sync seamlessly. **CORE RESPONSIBILITIES** - Design and implement HubSpot to NetSuite integrations with account matching logic (deal close sync, customer record creation/updates, contract/order transfers) - Build Power Automate workflows orchestrating data flow between HubSpot, NetSuite, and SharePoint - Create role-based SharePoint dashboards pulling data from NetSuite and HubSpot - Integrate financial data feeds into NetSuite (ADP payroll, SIRA billing, Chase Bank, Ramp) - Set up Power BI reporting across HubSpot and NetSuite data - Troubleshoot data integrity issues and optimize performance as volume grows - Provide ongoing technical support and system maintenance **REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE** - 3+ years hands-on experience with NetSuite (SuiteScript, REST API, integrations) - 2+ years building HubSpot integrations and customizations - Strong experience with SharePoint Online (lists, libraries, Power Apps integration) - Proficiency with Power Automate (cloud flows, custom connectors, error handling) - Experience designing data sync workflows and account matching logic - Understanding of API integrations and authentication (OAuth, API keys, webhooks) - Comfortable with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Azure, Dataverse, Power Platform) - Excellent communication with stakeholders across finance, sales, and operations **NICE TO HAVE** - Power BI dashboard design and data modeling - Power Apps development for custom forms/data capture - NetSuite SuiteCloud developer certification - Experience with enterprise financial/operational platforms - Background troubleshooting data deduplication and integrity at scale - Ongoing support/maintenance experience beyond project work **WHAT THIS IS NOT** - This is not a generic "build a website" role - We're not looking for coding expertise in web development or custom frameworks - We're not building new software—we're connecting existing platforms **TIMELINE** - Initial project scope: 4 weeks - Ongoing support: Variable hours monthly, flexible allocation - Start date: Immediate
