Summary

We are looking for 2 experienced NetSuite Service Administration & Data Entry Officers to join our team in a long-term, full-time remote role. This role is suited to someone who has strong attention to detail and has previously worked in a similar administration, service admin, order processing, invoicing, ERP, or operations support role. You will be working inside NetSuite to enter, update, check, and process sales orders, service paperwork, timesheets, and invoices. Accuracy is critical. This is not a basic copy/paste data entry role — you will need to carefully review information, match paperwork to records, update fields correctly, and follow procedures. Main Responsibilities Enter and update Sales Orders in NetSuite Process sales orders through to fulfilment and invoicing Review and update customer, job, PO, docket, POD, and service paperwork details Attach and organise paperwork against the correct Sales Order Check that dockets, JCCs, PODs, fulfilment slips, and related documents are complete and correctly recorded Update job notes, invoice notes, customer PO details, job/docket numbers, completion dates, and collection dates Review Sales Orders before they move to the next approval stage Check that items, labour, parts, and supporting paperwork match Assist with daily timesheet processing in NetSuite Allocate timesheet job lines to the correct Sales Order Check submitted paperwork against timesheets and job records Follow up missing or unclear information with the appropriate team member Assist with purchase order follow-up and general service administration tasks Support internal NetSuite reporting and daily administration checks What We Are Looking For We are looking for people who are accurate, reliable, and detail-focused. You must be able to: Follow detailed written procedures Work carefully through repetitive but important administration tasks Identify missing or incorrect information Ask questions when something does not match Work independently once trained Communicate clearly in written English Stay organised while handling multiple records and tasks Work consistently during the required hours Required Experience Previous experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred Experience with sales orders, invoicing, fulfilment, purchase orders, or service administration Experience working in an ERP, accounting system, or job management system Strong data entry accuracy Good understanding of admin workflows and document control Experience supporting an operations, service, warehouse, trades, or industrial business would be highly regarded Working Hours This is a full-time role with guaranteed hours. Required hours are: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Western Australia Time Extension to 5:00 PM when required to catch up on workload 30-minute lunch break preferred A 1-hour lunch break can be arranged, but we would prefer a 5:00 PM finish if taking a 1-hour lunch break These hours are well suited to workers based in the Philippines.
