Network Engineer to Build a Secure Self-Hosted Home VPN (Residential Exit IP)

Overview I'm looking for an experienced network engineer to build a private, self-hosted VPN that routes all of my traffic through my own home internet connection while I travel. Wherever I am (Florida, Spain, anywhere), my devices should appear to be sitting at home on my residential connection, with my public IP always showing as my actual home ISP address. The key point: the exit needs to be my real home residential line (my home internet is Cox), not a datacenter or a commercial VPN endpoint. Because it's a genuine residential connection, it should look exactly like I'm browsing from my couch at home, with no VPN or proxy flags.
