Paralegal with accounting skills — Probate Co-Administrator & Final Accounting (Clark County, NV)

We are seeking an accountant/paralegal based in the Las Vegas / Clark County, Nevada area to serve as a Court-Appointed Co-Administrator on an active probate estate in the Eighth Judicial District Court (Clark County). This is a limited-scope, compensated engagement that requires Nevada residency and paralegal with basic accounting skills. The estate is a modest personal-property estate ($150,000 to $180, 0000) currently under summary administration. The assets are fixed and in hands or Nevada Treasury Unclaimed property, there are 3 sibling heirs who agree on everything, and there are no creditors. The principal Co-Administrator is located out of state (Colorado). Nevada law requires a Nevada-resident co-fiduciary, and the CPA’s accounting expertise is directly relevant to the estate’s final accounting and discharge obligations.
