New Billboard Location Site Finder & Analysis Expert

I need someone who understands local zoning & permitting regulations, as well as spacing, to find gaps where new billboards can be erected. I need someone who can analyze maps and identify potential locations for billboards. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and statistics to ensure accurate assessments. This will be in KY & IN. They will need to be familiar with zoning, permitting on which states and cities are allowing new billboards to be erected or not (and if so, if one has to be torn down at the same time), how far the space needs to be between billboards, and more. Thanks for your proposal. If I hire you for this, I'd need you to try and track down 1,000 sites where I could possibly put billboards. We would start regionally (KY, IN, OH, TN) and then spread outward to the rest of the country. This would be accomplished by the following steps: • finding counties in the US/region that allow new billboards to be erected • In each of these counties, using state AADT (average daily traffic) counters to find stretches of road that meeting the number of AADT that our company is needing to see • identifying these stretches of roads on googlemaps and then plugging it into a zoning tool to see where on those roads zoning allows for billboards to be put up (I will let you know about the zoning you need to look for) • Identify these spots, and also check to ensure that there is space for us to put a billboard there that does not encroach within 300-ft of another billboard. If you know of a simpler way or have access to a different tool that allows us to see what pockets currently exist where we can erect billboards, that is fine too-- the instructions above are simply my suggestion on how to get there. Either way, we just need to see a bunch of sites so that we can start calling property owners.
