The Opportunity We are seeking a highly connected and results-driven Freelance Business Development Consultant to help drive new client acquisition. This is a commission-based role designed for a seasoned professional with a proven ability to open doors, build relationships, and secure high-value consulting engagements. This role is ideal for someone who already has an established network across brands, agencies, or enterprise organizations and is looking to monetize those relationships in partnership with a high-caliber consulting firm. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across target industries Leverage existing relationships and networks to generate qualified leads Initiate and manage outreach to senior decision-makers (CMOs, CEOs, Heads of Strategy, etc.) Position the firm’s capabilities across AI consulting, marketing, and growth strategy Collaborate with internal leadership to convert opportunities into signed engagements Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships Qualifications Proven track record of securing new business, partnerships, or enterprise deals Strong network within brands, agencies, media, or technology sectors Experience in consulting, marketing, media, or AI-related industries preferred Highly entrepreneurial with a self-starter mindset Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment Compensation Commission-based structure tied directly to secured engagements High earning potential based on deal size and volume Flexible working arrangement What We’re Looking For A connector and dealmaker who knows how to open doors Someone who understands how to sell high-value, strategic services A partner who can represent the firm with credibility at the highest levels How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief overview of your track record, including: Examples of secured partnerships or deals Types of clients and industries you’ve worked with Approximate deal sizes or revenue generated We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate measurable impact and a strong history of closing meaningful business opportunities.
