**Social Media Manager & E-Commerce Growth Specialist – Candle Brand Startup** **About Us** We are a new premium candle brand preparing to launch online. Our goal is to build a strong social media presence, grow an engaged audience, and drive online sales through creative content and effective digital marketing. We are seeking an experienced freelancer who can help establish our brand, create content, grow our social media channels, and support e-commerce sales growth. **Scope of Work** The successful candidate will be responsible for: ### Social Media Management * Create and manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest accounts * Develop and execute a social media content strategy * Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos * Schedule and publish content consistently * Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages where required * Grow followers organically and build brand awareness ### Content Creation * Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials * Create product-focused content showcasing candles and lifestyle imagery * Develop content calendars and campaign ideas * Write engaging captions and marketing copy ### E-Commerce & Sales Growth * Assist with Shopify or online store setup and optimisation * Create product listings and descriptions * Implement strategies to increase website traffic and conversions * Set up email marketing campaigns and customer retention activities * Analyse sales and marketing performance ### Digital Marketing * Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Instagram, TikTok) * Identify influencer and collaboration opportunities * Research competitors and market trends * Recommend strategies to improve brand visibility and sales **Requirements** * Proven experience growing e-commerce brands on social media * Experience with Shopify or similar platforms * Strong graphic design and content creation skills * Knowledge of Meta Ads and social media marketing * Excellent written English communication skills * Ability to work independently and provide strategic recommendations * Portfolio showing successful social media growth and online sales results **Preferred** * Experience in candles, home fragrance, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury consumer products * Experience launching new brands from scratch * Video editing skills for Reels and TikTok **To Apply** Please include: 1.
