Position Purpose This appointment operates as the primary professional gateway for landlords, managing agents, and property operators seeking immediate guidance on regulatory compliance and enforcement exposure within England, and your job is to recruit them to do business with our firm. This is a sales position with human sales skills needed and requires UK working and evening hours so UK based persons are the most suitable. You must be comfortable asking difficult questions and getting truthful answers. It is essential to be able to take information and then guide the prospect to book a consultation and have them pay. Each lead will already have identified themselves as needing our services. You will take them through a process of interviewing and understanding they match our offerings and then having them sign up and pay for a high-value consultation with our leading industry-leading CaseWork Director. Responsibility is held for the disciplined management of inbound and outbound communications, the rapid extraction of accurate and relevant information, and the structured progression of appropriate enquiries into retained legal consultations valued in excess of £500. The function demands precision, commercial awareness, and procedural discipline, with every interaction conducted strictly in accordance with approved frameworks and escalation pathways. This is not a general administrative post. This is a revenue-enabling, compliance-sensitive, front-line appointment requiring judgment, authority, and measurable commercial impact. Key Responsibilities All telephone engagements are to be conducted promptly, professionally, and with controlled authority. Approved diagnostic frameworks and scripts are to be followed precisely, without deviation or improvisation, whilst you develop into the role. Conversations are to be steered firmly where required to maintain focus, clarity, and relevance. All required data must be captured accurately in real time and recorded in full compliance with internal standards. The seriousness of each legal issue must be assessed through structured questioning, with matters triaged appropriately. Where suitable, callers are to be confidently guided toward booking a paid consultation. Financial transactions must be processed calmly, securely, and strictly in accordance with company procedures. Between 20 and 30 calls per day will be managed once established in the role, incorporating both new enquiries and follow-up contacts. A minimum of 2 structured triage or diagnostic calls per hour is expected during a 6 to 7 hour working day once established and capable. This becomes clear when one understands the process and how this is possible and clearly achievable. All personal and case information including names, property addresses, postcodes, email addresses, dates, and financial figures must be verified verbally and confirmed for accuracy. All post booking communications must be triggered correctly and without omission. Any inconsistency, uncertainty, or legal risk identified during an interaction must be escalated immediately. Absolute Requirements Fluent spoken English is mandatory, delivered with clarity, confidence, and professional tone. A natural alignment with England based communication standards is required. A working understanding of UK address structures, postcode formats, local authority designations, borough terminology, and core regulatory language is essential. Strict adherence to process, structure, and compliance protocols is non negotiable. Each call must be conducted with calm authority, commercial awareness, and disciplined control. Experience Required Prior experience within a structured telephone environment such as professional services intake, regulated sales, call centre operations, or executive reception is required. Demonstrable success in converting prospective clients into paid professional services is essential. Experience handling high value transactions and processing card payments by telephone is required. Experience operating within target driven and performance measured environments is expected. Exposure to legal, property, compliance, or regulated advisory sectors is highly desirable. Skills and Attributes Exceptional listening capability with the ability to isolate material facts quickly and accurately. The ability to redirect conversations courteously while maintaining authority. Commercial confidence with the discipline to secure payment when appropriate. Meticulous attention to detail with zero tolerance for inaccuracy. Strong organisational discipline and resilience under sustained call volume. A composed, authoritative, and reassuring telephone presence. Professional scepticism with no assumptions made and no information recorded without verification. Security and Integrity References must be fully verifiable. Background and security screening will be required. Confidentiality and data protection standards must be upheld without exception. Sensitive legal information and financial data will be handled, and absolute integrity is required at all times. Working Pattern Availability of 6 to 7 hours per day is required. Call volumes are to be managed within that period without backlog or spill over. Flexibility may be required to accommodate demand fluctuations.
