New OBS Container for Finance Streamer.

Project Overview I run a live trading stream (finance/prop trading niche) and have a rough mockup (attached, low-res, just a placement reference) that needs to be developed into finished designs and built out as a working OBS overlay/container setup. Timeline: Need this completed within 3 weeks of hire. Please confirm availability to meet this deadline before applying. What I'm Looking For Someone who can take a rough concept, flesh it out into polished designs in Photoshop, and build it into a working modular OBS overlay system across multiple scene configurations. Phase 1: Design - Take the attached rough mockup and develop it into finished, polished designs in Photoshop - Full brand guide and texture assets will be provided once we kick off - Design should extend cleanly across all four scene configurations below Phase 2: Scene Configurations Needed - Solo trading view (per the attached mockup): screen share as main focus, webcam PIP, all overlay modules - Two person with screen share: two hosts plus a shared screen - Two person interview: two hosts, no screen share, side-by-side or similar layout - Full screen: single camera or single screen share, clean full-frame layout All configurations should share the same branded overlay system (sponsor bar, affiliate panel, ticker, chat box) so switching scenes mid-stream feels consistent. Core Overlay Requirements 1. Modular, movable pieces Each element (sponsor bar, affiliate panel, live chat box, webcam frame, market ticker, price strip) should sit on the backplate as its own movable/resizable piece within OBS, not one flattened background image. 2. Editable text/data without opening OBS Codes, discount percentages, and the market update ticker need to be updatable from outside OBS, ideally a browser source pulling from a Google Sheet or simple text/JSON source, so I can update offers and messages mid-stream without touching scene files. 3. Main Sponsor module One primary sponsor slot, editable (logo, name, offer text) outside OBS the same way as the affiliate data. 4. Affiliate rotation Four affiliate brands cycling on a five minute loop (logo, offer %, code), each affiliate holding the spot for roughly one minute per rotation. 5. Live chat box Pulls in YouTube live chat. 6. Price ticker NQ, ES, GC, CL currently, open to swapping in SPX. Doesn't need to be true real-time, delayed is fine. Open to your recommended approach/widget for this. 7. Webcam frame with LIVE badge Matches the mockup's PIP style.
