We're a Danish summer house builder launching a new model and need a polished, print-ready brochure designed to match our competitors' quality. We already have a full content draft — all text, pricing, specs, and a basic layout in the correct page order — so this is about redesigning and refining what we have into a professional, market-ready brochure, not starting from scratch. You'll receive our draft, two reference brochures showing the exact style we want to match, and a basic floor plan/facade sketch to clean up and polish. You'll deliver: a fully redesigned 14-page brochure (PDF + editable source file — InDesign, Affinity, or Canva Pro), a clean architectural-style floor plan, polished facade illustrations/renders (black-facade Scandinavian summer house style), and clearly marked photo placeholders. Looking for someone with real estate/property/architecture brochure experience — please show samples. Danish skills a plus, not required..
