Summary

I own Parallax AZ, an Arizona property inspection, Home Watch and consulting business. I already have my domain, branding and Wix account. I need a professional, mobile-first Wix website that launches Home Watch now and can expand into home inspections, annual property-care programs, drone documentation, septic, construction-progress documentation and related property services. The initial site should include Home, Services, Home Watch, Inspections/Coming Soon, About, Service Area, Contact/Request Service, Privacy Policy and Terms. It also needs basic local SEO, social-media links, payment or deposit capability and future Spectora scheduling integration. Please provide: * Fixed project price * Estimated completion time * Number of revisions * Relevant Wix service-business examples * What SEO work is included * Any ongoing monthly expenses * Whether the site remains entirely in my Wix account
