I'M NOT AS DEMANDING AS THIS DESCRIPTION MIGHT SUGGEST;), BUT IT DOES CORRECTLY DESCRIBE WHAT I NEED.*** I am looking for an experienced Beehiiv specialist who knows the platform inside and out and can help me properly set up, design, and automate a new email newsletter. I already have an established website and brand. I do not need Beehiiv to serve as my primary website, but I would appreciate working with someone who understands Beehiiv’s website capabilities and can advise me on how—or whether—those features should complement my existing website. The most important part of this project is creating an evergreen, subscriber-based newsletter sequence. Here is how I would like the automation to work: * A new subscriber signs up through my website. * The subscriber immediately receives Newsletter/Email #1. * Seven days later, that subscriber receives Newsletter/Email #2. * The subscriber continues receiving one prewritten newsletter each week in chronological order. * Each subscriber begins with Email #1 regardless of when they join. * Subscribers therefore receive emails according to their individual signup dates rather than everyone receiving the same newsletter on the same date. This is not simply a traditional weekly broadcast. I need an automated “drip,” “welcome,” or “nurture” sequence that allows every new subscriber to progress through the same library of newsletters from the beginning. SCOPE OF WORK The initial project may include: * Reviewing my current Beehiiv account and recommending the appropriate setup * Creating a professional, branded newsletter template * Formatting the newsletter for desktop and mobile devices * Incorporating my existing logo, colors, fonts, and visual identity * Setting up the automated subscriber journey * Configuring Email #1 for immediate delivery after signup * Scheduling subsequent emails at weekly intervals * Loading and formatting an initial series of prewritten newsletters * Connecting or embedding the Beehiiv signup form on my existing website * Advising me on double opt-in, subscriber tags, segments, and list organization * Configuring basic email-domain authentication and deliverability settings, if needed * Testing the complete signup and automation process before launch * Explaining Beehiiv’s analytics and how I can monitor subscriber activity * Advising me on the differences between automated sequences and regular broadcasts * Showing me how to add, edit, and schedule future newsletters myself * Providing guidance on any useful Beehiiv website features, even though I already have a separate website An important part of this project is education. I do not want someone to simply build everything without explaining it. I would like the freelancer to walk me through the setup, preferably through one or more screen-sharing sessions, so I understand how the system works and can manage the basics myself. IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal freelancer will have: * Significant hands-on experience with Beehiiv * Proven experience building multi-email Beehiiv automations * Strong email newsletter design and formatting skills * Experience creating branded, mobile-friendly newsletter templates * Knowledge of signup forms, embedded forms, tags, segments, and subscriber management * An understanding of email deliverability and domain authentication * The ability to explain technical features clearly and patiently * Experience integrating Beehiiv with an existing external website * Knowledge of Beehiiv’s built-in website features * Availability for potential ongoing consulting and support INITIAL DELIVERABLES At the end of the initial project, I would like to have: 1. A professionally designed and reusable Beehiiv newsletter template 2. A functioning subscriber signup process 3. An automated sequence that begins immediately after signup 4. Weekly delays between each newsletter in the sequence 5. An initial group of newsletters formatted, loaded, and tested 6. Confirmation that the sequence works properly on both desktop and mobile 7. A live training or walkthrough session POTENTIAL LONG-TERM WORK This will begin as an initial setup and training project.
