Looking for a full-stack Next.js developer as an ongoing build partner for client websites engineered to be maximally crawlable and citation-ready for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude). Most projects include third-party REST API integrations. Required: Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind, server-side API integration (auth, caching, rate limits), Vercel, JSON-LD structured data, Figma-to-code. Preferred: Headless CMS (Sanity, Payload, Contentful), faceted search or e-commerce experience, clean documentation/handoff habits. How it works: Fixed-price milestones per project, starts with a small paid trial, 4+ hours of Eastern Time overlap required.
