Next.js + Supabase + Claude dev — multi-tenant SaaS demo build
Worldwide
I run ops at an Ontario criminal law firm. Not a lawyer. Building a legal financing platform — three Next.js apps sharing one Claude-powered AI backend. Architecture locked. Prompts written. Screens mapped. Need a builder, not a redesigner. Phase 1 is the demo. Real AI, mocked third-party integrations. Investor and lender ready. Phase 2 is the full production platform — real Certn, real lenders, real Clio, real Stripe, OSFI compliance. Same dev gets first shot if Phase 1 is clean. Stack (locked): Next.js 14 App Router, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Supabase (Postgres + Auth + Storage + Edge Functions, ca-central-1), Anthropic Claude API, Vercel, Resend. Bids that suggest swapping stack get rejected. Phase 1 scope: - 3 Next.js apps in a monorepo sharing a core package - 13 AI layers via Claude (intake, mock credit profile, lender bidding sim, retainer drafting, client explainer, analytics, audit logging) - Multi-tenant row-level security per firm - Editable prompt files in repo (not hard-coded) - Vercel-deployed demo URLs - Seed data script + demo click-through doc + setup README - 1hr Zoom handoff + post-delivery bug-fix coverage Out of scope: real third-party APIs, security audit, mobile native, multi-language. Must have: - 3+ years Next.js production - Supabase RLS + edge functions at multi-tenant scale - A live URL of an LLM product you shipped to production (mandatory — no URL, no shortlist) - shadcn/ui fluency - Can work from a written spec without rethinking the product Nice to have: - Canadian-based - Fintech, legal-tech, or insure-tech background - Multi-tenant SaaS shipped before Send with your bid: 1. Two prior projects with live URLs 2. Live URL of your production LLM work 3. Fixed-price bid with milestones 4. Earliest start + honest delivery date 5. In two sentences: biggest risk you see in this scope and how you'd handle it 6. One sentence on what about Phase 2 interests you Reviewing every portfolio personally. Inflated experience gets caught in the technical screen. Reading bids as they come in. Shortlisting fast.
