Node.js Developer — Build Missed-Call Auto-Text Feature (Twilio + AI)

I'm building a multi-tenant SaaS platform for service businesses and need a developer for the first module. Paid starter milestone with ongoing work behind it for the right person. The module — a missed-call capture loop: when a call goes unanswered, the system texts the caller back with an AI-generated message, has a short exchange to capture their info, and saves the lead to a dashboard. Scope: -Twilio webhook to detect missed calls and send/receive SMS -AI-generated replies via the Anthropic API (greeting + one qualifying question, then capture the reply) -Store each lead in SQLite with a status field -Simple dashboard listing leads with their details and conversation history Requirements: -Multi-tenant schema (every record tied to an account ID), even though this demo runs one business. Include a brief note on your approach. -AI prompts stored as editable config, not hardcoded. -Clean, commented code + a README (setup, env variables, decisions made).
