Node.js Developer for Car Valuation

Job Description: I am building a UK car buying website called CashForCarToday.co.uk based in Scotland. The complete frontend design is already built and ready. I need a backend developer to connect it and get it live. What needs building: • Node.js (Express) backend server • Integration with Rapid Car Check API (reg plate lookup — auto-fills make, model, year, fuel type) • Integration with Anthropic Claude AI API (calculates the purchase offer based on car details and condition) • PostgreSQL database to store customer leads • Email notification when a customer submits their details • Deployed and live on DigitalOcean with SSL certificate and custom domain What I will provide: • Complete finished frontend file (HTML and React version) • Full technical brief document with all API details, ready-to-use code samples and database schema • API keys for both services once hired Skills required: Node.js, Express, REST API integration, PostgreSQL, DigitalOcean deployment, Nginx This is NOT a design job. The frontend is done. This is purely backend and deployment. Estimated work: 10–20 hours. Looking for a fixed price quote.
