Summary

Only people who actually know Nokia and have experience. Need to start right a way. We need assistance in programming a Nokia AirScale system. Need to understand or have experience with Nokia command line (and/or GUI). Using the Nokia Web Element Manager, program without an XML or SCF file all components and objects to connect to an MME and Cor. Also be able to connect to RRU that's connected to RF1. MME/Core is in place, and NCF is set up with a connection. Need the other items.
