About us We are a Norwegian e-commerce company that develops and sells our own consumer brands, mainly within home and consumer electronics. We run seven online stores today, and several new brands are launching this year. We are a challenger growing fast. You will work closely with the people making the decisions, so something you suggest can be live the week after. Our vision We want to give Norwegian consumers the newest and best in home and consumer electronics, and we want to do it with brands that last. Products that deliver what they promise. Online stores that are easy to understand. Customer support that makes people come back. We are not afraid to try new things, we launch several new brands a year, and we are here to create real value in our market. What you will do The main job is customer support in Norwegian. You answer customers by email and chat about products, orders, delivery, returns and warranty claims, and follow up internally when something needs to be sorted out. Support is one of the most important jobs we have. It is where the customer actually meets us, and often where we win them or lose them for good. If you want more, the door is open A lot happens here, and if you want to take part in things beyond support, you are welcome to. Some people prefer doing one thing really well, and that is completely fine. Others would like to get into: Content and social media Advertising on Meta and Google Product copy and landing pages Website work in WordPress and WooCommerce Research on new products and new brands Coordinating other freelancers to keep things moving This is an opportunity, not a requirement. Tell us what you would like to do and we will figure it out together. Who we are looking for Fluent Norwegian, written and spoken. This is a hard requirement, all our customers are Norwegian. Positive and friendly. Customers should be able to tell from your replies. Professional and organised. You do what you say you will, and flag problems early. Independent. You figure things out on your own and do not need to be told what to do every day. Enjoys variety and learning new things. Things change quickly here. Comfortable with digital tools and AI. We use AI actively in our daily work. Practical Fully remote We start at around 10 to 20 hours per week, with room to grow toward full time We are looking for a long-term collaboration, not a one-off task Hourly through Upwork, rate depends on experience and what you take on Next step You do not need to write a long application.
