Join United Call Centers and become part of a fast-growing, international team providing support for an innovative micro-mobility service used in cities around the world. About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth user experience. This is a part-time role (20–25 hours per week) with flexible scheduling within business operating hours. Working Hours: - Monday to Friday - Between 08:00 – 22:00 (shift-based) Key Responsibilities: - Provide professional customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, or chat - Assist customers with account, booking, and usage inquiries - Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience - Document interactions accurately in internal systems - Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous service improvement What We’re Looking For: - Fluent or native-level Norwegian (C2 level) and good English skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities - Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems - Flexibility to work within the operating hours - Previous customer service experience What We Offer: - Part-time freelance contract (20–25 hours/week) - Flexible shifts to support work-life balance - A dynamic and international work environment - Full training and continuous support - Opportunities for development within a growing company Why Join Us?
