Notion: Build Scalable Company Knowledge Base (Structure Only)

Job Description: We’re looking for a Notion expert to build out the structure of a company-wide information hub for a growing home service business. Important: No content creation, this is strictly structure + organization. We have a Notion account set up with a few templates we like. What We Need: Clean, scalable system for organizing company information (SOPs, Operations, Sales, Brand, etc) Easy to navigate, search, and update Strong database structure Reusable templates (ex: new location setup) Optimized for AI search Multi-Location + Permissions (Key): Different access levels by location/team Shared company info + location-specific info Clean setup without duplication Goal: Simple, organized, and built so our team can easily add and manage information as we grow.
